This charming eatery is quickly becoming the go-to Mexican destination for both local and visiting food enthusiasts. One of the standout features of Pollos El Guero is their delicious chicken dishes, particularly their famous rotisserie chicken that is grilled to perfection. As a reviewer, I was captivated by how the aromas wafted through the small dining space, promising a savory experience. The reviews tell tales of mouthwatering options like the chicken flautas and pollo asado, each bursting with flavor that transports you back to heartfelt home-cooked meals.

Moreover, the wings at Pollos El Guero, as described by Mesh Mang, are another must-try. They have a delightful texture and flavor profile that leaves you eager for more. I can’t help but nod in agreement with his enthusiasm—these wings may be smaller, but they pack a punch of deliciousness.
As you explore their extensive menu, Be sure to try the nachos and chicken chimichangas, beautifully crafted with fresh ingredients and served hot. Dan Calahan’s review describes them as the best Mexican food he’s had in a long time, highlighting not just the taste but the visual appeal as well.
While the dining area may seem cramped, the rich flavors and heartfelt service more than compensate. Customers like Rey V have expressed appreciation not only for the food but also for the atmosphere created by the staff. The genuine hospitality shone through, making every visit feel special.

“ A friend recommended this place to us and so glad we finally got around to trying it! Such good food, incredibly friendly staff, and super quick! This is our new taco spot- we definitely will be back! *I asked for no onions ”
“ I came here specifically for the chicken wings. However homie. However. I also tried the tacosal pastor as well. These chicken wings took me back. Both simple while also being delicious as well. I like smaller chicken wings and these are a little bit smaller. Next time I want to try the pollo asado. Not enough places have the chicken with sides like this place. ”
“ We’ve tried a number of Mexican restaurants in the area and this one by far has been the best. The chicken flautas were delicious, the chicken had so much flavor and the rice and beans were perfect. Will definitely be back. ”
“ This is what I'm talking about! The best Mexican food I've had in a long time. We have been hearing good things about Pollos El Guero for a while, but kept trying to get in on Sunday...which is difficult because they are closed on Sundays. They are tucked in the corner of the shopping center and have a small space. We walked in and found the ordering counter with the kitchen directly behind the cashier. I could see the cooks working and they had several chickens cooking over the grill. There is a large menu on the wall by the cashier and they have several options. We ordered the nachos to start and each had the chicken chimichanga with rice and beans on the side. The seating situation is a little cramped, but we found a table for two. The nachos came out hot and fresh. They were covered with tasty beans and a little sour cream, lettuce, and tomato. Next time we will get it with meat. The chimichangas were very good and the chicken was fresh and delicious. We both left full and excited to try the tacos on our next visit. Can't wait! ”
“ I went here the other day because where I work, we always buy food from them for our group lunches but I wanted to see for myself what the hype was all about so I went and had the 1/4 chicken and two tacos. The tacos were delicious and had great flavor i just wish I had more lime they gave me a tiny piece with barely any lime in it. After that, I ate the chicken which was full of flavor the beans and rice were just how I remembered my mom making them. There was a young gentleman at the counter I think his name was Jose he was friendly and kind, and had a good attitude. The dining room is a bit small but the food and flavors are big. ”
“ Stopped by here because of a reccomendation and I was not disappointed. This is the type of place I've been looking for. Not fancy just a mom and pop shop with food that will make you want to never stop eating. The chicken is simple but so good. I can't explain it , just try it. I can't wait to try more things. But I've been dreaming of the grilled chicken ever since I had it. ”
“ This was my first time here. The al pastor tacos are amazing! The carnitas tacos are very good. Made in-store chips are delicious! We will definitely be back again and again! ”
“ The Food was amazing. It's been a while since I had authentic tasting Mexican food. The flautas were incredible and their beans were so good and flavorful. I will be coming back here. The inside of the restraint was hot that's why I gave a 4 for atmosphere. But if you are taking it to go then it's the best. The staff were very friendly and helpful. He brought our food right out to us. ”
